Job Description

Below is an overview of an in-home, direct-to-homeowner sales position that we’re working on filling for Pella in the Cincinnati area.

 

  • Pella is a billion dollar window & door manufacturer with over 80 locations nationwide and in Canada. We’re known for our history of innovation, making outstanding products, providing quality service and delivering on customer satisfaction.
  • Pella’s in-home sales team runs company generated, pre-set/prequalified appointments and sells all replacement window and door product lines directly to high end homeowners via in-home sales presentation.
  • Experience of the in-home, one call (not high pressure) close sales process preferred.
  • $10,000 average ticket. Average closing rate is 30%
  • Full time, W2 position, and running approximately10 appointments per week.
  • Pella sells to high end homeowners. Our territory is the greater Cincinnati market, around the 275.
  • Main office in Hebron, KY.
  • First year sales expectations would be $500,000  
  • Compensation: $40K draw (that lasts 3-4 months) as you transition to commission. Once on full commission, average rate is 7-8%.
  • $400/month mileage reimbursement. Pella provides an outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, life, etc.
  • We provide all reps with portable wi-fi, an iphone, a portable computer, a laptop computer, and a home printer/scanner.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
