Below is an overview of an in-home, direct-to-homeowner Sales Position that we’re working on filling for Pella in the Kansas City area.

Position Specifications:

Pella’s Retail Sales Team runs company generated, preset/prequalified appointments and sells all Pella replacement window and door product lines directly to homeowners via in-home sales presentations.  Pella Retail Sales Reps follow a structured in-home sales presentation with a consultative sales approach.  Average ticket is approximately $10,000.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re seeking a motivated, seasoned sales professional who can demonstrate a successful track record as an In-Home Sales Professional (window and door sales experience is not a requirement).  Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in building product value and company reputation to earn business, are commission driven and sales focused, and customer service oriented.  Although Pella provides an ample amount of prequalified leads, ideal candidates will be capable of self-generating additional appointments.  Must be comfortable working weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

Position is full time, W-2 status. Pella Corporation provides an outstanding benefits package including medical/dental/excellent profit sharing plan, etc.  Company cell phone, laptop, and mileage reimbursement are provided.  Successful Pella Retail Reps earn $100k+ annually
