Position Specifications
Due to increased lead volume and company growth, Pella is currently looking to add a Retail (in-home) Sales Representative to their team.  Pella’s Retail Sales Team runs company generated, preset/prequalified appointments and sells all Pella replacement window and door product lines directly to homeowners via in-home sales presentations.  Pella Retail Sales Reps follow a structured in-home sales presentation with a consultative sales approach.  Average ticket is approximately $10,000.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a motivated, seasoned sales professional who can demonstrate a successful track record as an In-Home Sales Professional (window and door sales experience is not a requirement).  Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in building product value and company reputation to earn business. Candidates are commission driven, sales focused, and customer service oriented. Although Pella provides an ample amount of prequalified leads, ideal candidates will be capable of self-generating additional appointments.  Must be comfortable working weekday evenings and Saturdays.
