Job Description

  • Pella is a billion dollar, privately held, window and door manufacturer with over 70+ locations nationwide
  • Experience of the one-call close (not high pressure) sales process preferred
  • Pella’s sales team runs company generated, pre-set/prequalified appointments and sells all replacement window and door product lines directly to high-end homeowners via in-home sales presentations
  • $10,000 average ticket. Average closing rate is 35%
  • Full time, W2, their appointments cover the GTA (mostly East). You’re running 10-12 appointments per week
  • Pella offers a $48,100 salary plus 1-2% commission that transitions (12-18 months later or sooner if you prefer, sales at 8% commission) to a draw vs. an aggressive commissions plan; plus  monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. 50% of earned commissions are paid upon booked sale and 50% are paid upon install
