With three different window frame options and nine window styles, there isn’t a window need that Pella can’t solve for their customers.

 

Position Specifications:

  • Pella’s Outside Trade Sales Representative will grow and maintain relationships with local builders, contractors, and remodelers to help them provide better window and door products to their customers.
  • Our best business is conducted through job site visits, quoting accurate bids, reading blueprints, and determining what is needed through take-offs.
  • If a window can be sold, we are aiming to sell it. Our focus is residential and light commercial new build projects.
  • Day to Day: Five site visits per day and one bid per week is our goal.
  • This is a W-2 position with a flexible base salary up to $60,000 per year. We offer aggressive commissions with an outstanding annual bonus program. We also offer medical, dental, and retirement benefits. Additionally, we provide a cellphone, laptop, and vehicle reimbursement. Our Top 20% are consistently earning $150,000+ annually.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ideal candidates are motivated, driven, and high energy
  • Ideal candidates can demonstrate a successful track record of selling building or construction products or services directly to builders, contractors, architects, or remodelers.
  • Window and Door experience is a plus, but not a must have. We will consider candidates with outside business to business sales experience.
  • Ideal candidates have a proven ability to sell based on product value and quality.
  • Ideal candidates are commission driven and customer service oriented.
