Position Specifications:

Pella of Louisville is hiring an Outside (Trade) Sales Representative.  Trade Sales Representatives sell all Pella residential and light commercial product lines directly to builders, remodelers and architects.  No overnight travel required.

Ideal candidate profile:

We’re seeking a motivated, seasoned outside sales professional who can demonstrate a successful track record in selling building products directly to residential builders and remodelers.  Window & door experience is a plus, but not a must – we will consider candidates who have sold different building products to custom builders and remodelers, such as cabinets, etc.  Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in building product value and quality to earn business (not a price-seller), are commission driven and sales focused, and customer service oriented.  

Compensation and Benefits Package:

The position is full time, W-2 status.  Pella offers a base salary (flexible, depending upon experience) plus commissions and bonuses – total earning potential $100k+.  In addition, Pella provides a cell phone, laptop, gas card,  company vehicle and an outstanding benefits package including medical/dental/401k with a match, etc.
