  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Attend monthly meetings at head office
  • Attend weekly review phone meetings with Bob
  • Learn and execute the current sales process
    • When appropriate provide input to assist with the continuing improvement of the sales process
  • Achieve the target sales expectations


Sales Expectations

  • Month 1: no sales
    • General activities: getting familiar with industry, company, products, process, initial calls, no sales, attend some events for experience, participate in sales training provided
  • Month 2: soft target of 1 sale
    • General activities: Active sales calls, initial meetings, initial quotes, attend some events for experience
  • Month 3: 2 sales
    • General activities: - In full production, 30 cold calls daily, ongoing follow-up calls and quotes
  • Month 3: 4 sales
  • Revenue expectations
    • New customer average monthly recurring revenue is $1750 with set-up costs of $1550
  • There is an expectation of 30 calls daily to new prospects or leads



Sales Support

  • Sales process training with weekly review and support
  • Direct contact with Adi (or Brian) as needed for quick pricing or issue resolution
  • CRM for activity management, reporting and process automation
  • Call scripts, email templates, meeting 1 and meeting 2 slide decks, proposal templates



Prospects and leads

  • We will provide lists of event attendees
  • We will provide Webinar attendees
  • We will provide lists of leads from our database
  • We can provide purchased target lists if needed
  • If we mutually determine that you will be attending events you will follow-up on the leads that you generate
